The stay was ok. The first issue I had was using the AC. It started making a loud bang that I couldn't sleep with the AC, and the second was that the chair in the room was very uncomfortable. I wish it had cushions

The hotel itself is fine, but it's located in a less-than-ideal neighborhood with limited dining options nearby. While the room was clean, I was disappointed to find stains on the towels, which felt off-putting. I would only recommend this place if you're in a pinch, but I'll be looking for a better option next time.

Hidden Gem of a Hotel

This hotel is as great as the reviews say it is. Clean room with housekeeping every day, hot buffet breakfast until 10 every day, just down the hill from the #4 and a little farther to the D. We spent all our time in Manhattan, but didn't mind the 30 min to get to mid-town since this was such a great deal. Some people would be put off by the neighborhood but we felt safe walking back from the subway after seeing shows each night. We would stay here again for sure.

Amazing hotel!! Easy check in with friendly staff. The hotel is 10/10 on cleanliness, it has by far been the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast buffet is included with your stay which is awesome. Property itself is a 10/10 in all areas, no complaints. The location and surrounding areas seem a bit unsafe but be cautious and you’re alright. Streets outside are also very dirty and trash is everywhere but not the hotel’s fault of course. Very close proximity to the subway station which takes you right downtown. Nice large park few minutes away as well.

Our room had the parking lot behind us, and we were woken up both nights that we stayed there bye, a woman having a fight with someone and being very loud and cursing. We were scared for a few minutes.
