While this isn’t a fancy property, we found it clean, friendly and perfectly adequate for our needs. Breakfast could be improved, but it wasn’t bad. Parking is convenient and safe. Amenities in the room are limited but satisfactory.

Clean spaces, efficient and friendly staff, good water pressure, excellent breakfast for a free hotel breakfast, and free filtered water. Only downside was the bed was a bit firm and pillows were a bit lumpy, but we still slept excellent.

The property is very clean and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast isn't large but it is adequate and includes hot food. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy and doesn't seem like someplace you want to be out at night.

The Highbridge Hotel itself is excellent. The breakfast is good. Wish they had a microwave, iron and iron board in the room, and bathroom door hangers for clothes after taking a shower. The area around the hotel is run down, but safe if you’re used to a big city.

Clean decent hotel. 5 minute walk to subway taking you to all the interesting points in downtown New York. Breakfast is decent n healthy, scrambled egg or boiled egg, there’s oranges and apples and pancake or pastry for choices. Took 167th to Fulton, Fulton to Howard-JFK then JFK air train for the airport. Staff is friendly n helpful. The only thing, dirty neighborhood. But I still felt safe. Would use again in the future due to reasonable price.

This property was exceptionally clean and well maintained! The suggestions for improvement - having a laundry room for guests to do laundry for extended stays and having an iron and ironing board in the room.
