The property is good for a short stay. I do feel like this location is ok depending on what you plan to be doing. I found food options a little bit limited. Hotel is older, rooms are older. Staff were very helpful - very kind and ready to help solve your problem with any delay or hesitation . All in all I think the stay was good.

We had a great stay! The folks at the front desk were super friendly. The rooms were clean & beds were pretty comfortable. We asked for extra pillows & they brought them right up. We had a small issue in our room & it was promptly taken care of while we were out.

My overall experience was great!!!! Nice size room and shower. Convenient location! The female bartender was sweet and amazing. I wish I was acknowledged and welcomed when I first arrived. The male staff member was not as helpful and did not interact as much. He was very short answered.

Perfect position for every Subway line, so many bus options and the Staten Island ferry if looking to get to the Mall where you find big Target. Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, JCrew Factory, JCPenney, Macy etc and if you are a Brit Primark and Lidl. Around the hotel there are many dining ops for evey pocket - Cipriani toChick Fil- A History everywhere around the Hotel and defo a great alternative to Midtown hotels Great spacious room considering they are often so small in manhattan . Tea/coffee making facilities in room alingside a fridge and a microwave ( both genius additions to any hotel room) so you store yoghurt, milk etc and can reheat any hot food you bought at Whole Foods 2 mins away on Broadway - means dining in is an option in a very costly city !
