Overall nice room, there was an issue with both the ac in which we couldnt turn off and water temperature that was changing on its own in the shower, wasnt fixed even after the hotel engineer visted the room twice.

2 minute walk to subways or bus that gets you anywhere. Some decent restaurants very close by. Walking to Statue, 911, Staten Island Ferry, or The Bull. Room is small but comfortable. Bed, linen, pillows, towels comfortable. Water temperature awful. One minute scalding hot, the next freezing cold. Staff friendly, helpful. Really loved the location. Quiet at night.

The staff were very professional and helpful our entire stay. One of the cleaning ladies noticed us walking to our room despite having the “do not disturb” on it and asked us if we needed anything extra which I thought was so thoughtful of her. Everyone always looked out for us and made our stay wonderful. Besides that, the only thing that bothered me was the rectangular faucet in the bathroom that was so sharp, it hurt to use sometimes. It was hard to easily turn on the sink and get a normal, steady stream of water as the sink felt rigid. Great stay overall.

Great Location

First time being in NY, this hotel is in a perfect location to basically go anywhere in NY.. subway, ferry and busses are easy to get to. Staff is very friendly, especially Nery, she gave good advise and tips on how to go site seeing. Oh and lets not forget the hotel food, it did not disappoint.

Everything excellent about this hotel. Was greeted with welcoming smile at front desk, got room facing the water, great views. Big bottle of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, and big bar of hand soap. Housekeeping staff came daily. Tried breakfast once, was good around $20, and had dinner there arrival night. Easy walk to waterfront. MTA Yellow, Green and Red line within blocks of hotel. Right in front of free Staten Is ferry to take in view on NY at day and night if you want. Would happily stay again.
