The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was in clean conditions and we liked that it provided a working fridge and microwave. Located very close to Time Square and felt safe when walking to there at night.

The desk staff were excellent!! The location for us was great. For me Barnes n Noble was nearby. It is an older building in the middle of New York but is very busy. Has a restaurant attached but otherwise no dining itself but restaurants nearby so not a problem.

We liked the location of the hotel and staff was friendly. Also, liked that we had a microwave and fridge. However, we didn’t like that our AC unit smelled musty and we had to go buy a spray bc the room smelled so bad. Housekeeping didn’t come until after 4pm. Elevators were slow.
