Comfy bed and pillows, helpful staff. Even the cleaning lady was sweet! Great convenient spot. The only thing that bothered me was the A/C, too hot and too cold so we turned it off.

The hotel is close enough to the train station which allows you to walk and avoid cab fees. The restaurant in the hotel is top notch, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen is open from 7am till 11pm

The Night shift lady was hell Rude. Highly Not recommended for International travelers. They don't care for you. Everytime rude if we ask for help, she just ignored me. If the property owner or high authorities looking my review, please not to allow her to stay in night hell rude that lady, I don't know her name but I will never ever stay here again. Anyone coming from abroad please stay at a different hotel. When I was asking a question she was being rude and ignoring my query. Is this she was there ? Horrible experience here at this hotel

The staff was helpful and courteous. The location is close to all the action and felt very safe. Please note that there are 3 Garden Hiltons in close proximity…can be confusing, we returned to the wrong one after a day of sightseeing…but a staff member was kind in helping us reorient! Stayed in the balcony room and the views were amazing . I would definitely recommend! The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. We didn’t hear any street noise. We had a delightful stay, and hope to visit again soon. .

Loved my stay! Only a few blocks from Penn Station and MSG. A lot of dining options. Loved the fact that they let you store your bags both before & after you check in and out. Highly recommend!

Overall location is great. Had trouble with heater in our room- we would turn heat on and then air conditioner would turn on. We set thermostat for 70 and room was 63 when we woke up. Other than thermostat everything else was very good
