Good location

Good location to see shows. Walking distance to Penn Station too. Staff very friendly. Bed too soft for us. Room had decent space. Air conditioning didn’t get the room below 73 degrees.

No major complaints

Overall great. The toilet was hard to flush because the water seal was so good but otherwise no problems. Didn’t spend much time in the room since we were there to do things in the city. If you have a larger family the room may be a little on the small side if you spend much time in it but for us it was fine.

Excellent location! Close to subway, easily accessible, super friendly staff. We felt safe, slept well. It was only my son and I so the smaller room was just right. We didn’t stay out too late as the 7-Eleven around the corner kept several men hanging out throughout the evening. No problems with anyone though, they really are just minding their own business.
