Amazing hotel - I usually don’t stay at chain hotels in NYC, but will be back. Clean and safe inside. Also, quiet and relatively large for a king room in NY. Only downside was some homeless people on the street. I don’t blame the hotel but something has got to give because you don’t see them on the UES or in more affluent neighborhoods.

We had a few days in New York, to attend a concert at Metlife Stadium, and were absolutely delighted with this hotel. Not only was the location perfect for us - easily walkable but with excellent access to the subway and train stations - but the hotel was wonderful as well. Top of our list were the staff, who were helpful and extremely efficient, but the hotel was spotless and well kept and our room extremely comfortable: everything worked and was well maintained. Thank you. While the area around the hotel is perhaps just a little sketchy - hey, it's New York City! - we always felt 100% safe, even well past midnight, and very much enjoyed the local restaurants, pubs, bars and entertainment. While there is obviously very stiff competition for accommodation this close to Times Square, from the super SUPER luxurious to the very VERY basic, we would definitely consider staying at this location again in the future. Greatly appreciated!

Our stay was excellent. We arrived early for check-in and was pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff. Hotel room was clean, had room service for the days we stayed. Overall I was very pleased and would stay here again.
