Hotel had an excellent location, close to the 1 Train and buses which made getting around really easy! Bed was comfy ! Lovely view from the higher floors.

The staff was great. There is nothing fancy about the property, but it is neat, clean and the staff is wonderful. It was great for the price. They had no problem with a late checkout. I will return.

We loved staying in Chelsea. The hotel was close to many things we wanted to see. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was our shower faucet dripped during our entire stay. With the constant noise in NYC we didn’t even notice after the first night.

Price was very reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for... First rate and very considerate staff- especially Fatima at check-in. But the place is tired and shabby and needs new beds, fans in the bathroom and it desperately needs new carpets- room just smelled musty. But staff made up for it...

The room and hotel were very very clean and were very comfortable and good size. Staff were very friendly. It was near metro station and with a short walk you could reach Times Square. The only complaint that we had was about the heating noise.
