Amount that I paid to add the breakfast package was way overpriced for what I actually ordered for breakfast. The housekeeper left my room door a jar while I went down to go retrieve my breakfast, even though I put the do not disturb door tag on. The toilet cover looked like it had pubic hair on it.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. But room and interiors do feel dated and was somewhat smelly. The furniture in the room showed visible sign of wear and tear. I also wish the sauna and pool level had its own elevator. As it's the same elevator that comes up through the lobby as well as the ones that are used by custodians, it can get a bit awkward. I also wish the restaurant and bar would be open till lateras there aren't any late night food options around, especially after coming back from a show in Manhattan.

The waiters for the restaurant were very rude. I also asked for my room to be cleaned when I left the room at 12. When I came back after 4, nothing was done. The cleaner eventually came but she also came with a slight attitude. Waiting for her made me late to my dinner. The check in and check out process was nice.

Nice hotel - No complaints

I enjoyed my stay. My room was a good size w/ a king size bed. The bed was super comfortable. The furniture was dated and had minor scratches and stuff marks. But this was not a deal breaker. I've made reservations to stay here again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family
