I booked this room because I saw it had a city view and pool and hot tub. The hot tub was broken.. the pool area wasn’t the cleanest to be honest…To be honest the pictures did not match what I actually walked in to. The walls of the room I got were dirty, the chair was scraped up and the front desk lady was giving homophobic vibes. I don’t like how me and my partner came in and there was someone ahead of us and she was smiling, being friendly, but once my partner and I got to the front desk we were met with mumbles and attitude. Totally unacceptable. She didn’t even greet us or tell us where are room was…. If someone is staying some where using there hard earned money please treat them with respect and dignity.

Horrible staff!

The hotel is in an inconvenient area right across of a hospital. Parking is basically nonexistent. We had to park far. It’s a good thing we only stayed one night. Upon arrival the front desk woman looked me right in my face n said NOTHING. I had to speak first and she didn’t even greet us. I prepaid for the room but she took forever to check us in. The room itself was small but that’s always the case in NYC. But it was very clean which I loved. Cant say I’ll be returning because the parking situation was very annoying.

Terrible! I stayed three nights and my room was never cleaned! Bathroom was disgusting, Ac was not working properly and floor was stinky. Further, they told me that they are gonna charge $125 for deposit fee but they charged $150 even if they made me fill out a form saying $125.
