The room was as expected in New York…pretty much just a bed and a bathroom. The room itself was clean and the beds were made, but when we pulled back the sheets there were a decent amount of noticeable long hair in/on the sheets.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 double beds for 5 of us. The rooms were clean and good facilities with microwave, hob cooker and fridge freezer. Would have been nice to have a kettle, however we improvised and used a saucepan to boil water for tea and coffee. The noise from the water pipes happened on our 1st night around 4am but thankfully we did not hear it again during our 5 nights stay. Great location, would recommend.

The location is great, the room is very functional. It's not the cleanest (stains on the comforters and curtains) and the kitchen has barely the necessities, but it's quite good for the price.

One bed was up against the wall and the other bed was right up against it on the other side. To get in that bed you had to crawl up from the bottom!!! Also there were no washclothes. Who can take a bath without one???

This was our 2nd year staying here...it's convenient, easy check in/out, and they hold your luggage on the front or back ends of your stays. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was very good experience. Our host made sure we had storage before check in and after check out time. The place is very easy to find and great location. We walked everywhere. The room was very clean and warm. Sheets were clean and organized. Definitely coming back in the future. Great place for the price, great restaurants also. First time visiting NYC for holidays and loved it.

Room was clean and check-in was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable but pillow was flat. There was a horrible knocking all night in the radiator pipes. Not being used to this type of old heating system, we didn't know what to do. Just kept us up all night.

The room was just very small, very stuffy and the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything throughout the Halls. Not to mention the beds were just not comfortable at all. We ended up only staying one night and moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip.

It was a very convenient location, close to Ktown and Midtown Manhattan and the train station. Luggage storage for free was a plus! We were able to sleep confortably and thr sheets were clean and crisp! Will definitely come back here!!
