The property was super clean and it seems they have made upgrades as the condition of the room seemed new and the lobby was nice. The area is close to Times Square, 5th Ave but not in the middle of it which is what I was going for and the area was quiet which it was nice. The rooms space is small, but I was expecting that based on reviews and honestly it worked perfect for me. My recommendation is if they can invest on things like the foldable luggage rack that could make a difference to make up for space. Also the fee for welcome drinks and wifi was excessive. The fee per day was higher than my WiFi bill per month and I didn’t use the drink coupons. Recommendation for alternative considerations instead of drinks maybe metro card coupon to/from airport. That would be more beneficial imo and appreciated. Other than that for solo trips to NYC I would book with Aura again.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right off of Times Square. Friendly staff. Quick deliveries when we needed things in our room. The room was very clean. Only complaint is the temperature in the room. It’s either freezing or burning up. No middle ground. We would definitely stay here again.

Location fantastic but loud. Small room and lobby but good condition, clean and nice aesthetics. Strong fragrance in lobby if sensitive may not be good. Pet friendly so be careful of allergies.

It was a good hotel. Ice buckets with cups/glasses would be helpful. A mini fridge and microwave would have also been helpful. The drink coupons were appreciated as the food at The Long Room was great.

This hotel was very suitable for my partner and I. Lovely view of the city, so many places around just to walk around in, time squares literally around the corner. I had such a blast with this hotel especially entering and smelling so good!

Decent stay. May stay again.

We got the small standard room. No microwave or fridge but we didn’t mind because we spent most of our stay outside of the hotel room. Only used it to sleep. Everything was pretty good. Only thing we had a little issue with was the attitude of the staff. They at first didn’t come off as very friendly but eventually some of the staff “warmed up” when speaking to us. We had an issue with the luggage man but other than that our stay was good. We enjoyed our complimentary drink at the bar next store.

My son and I stayed for a weekend. This place was great. We were in the center of it all and coulf walk to everything or take the subway. The staff was great and our room very clean. I'd highly recommend!
