This was a great place for my family to stay near times square! The breakfast was amazing and we looked forward to it every morning. The hotel was clean and staff was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed two nights. First night the television went on an off all night with remote on nightstand the tv was all set to Spanish . So every time we changed the channel, we had to change language. Everytime. Then we paid $60 for late check out. But then room keys were cancelled before that time so had to trek back the poorly navigated elevators to reset the keys. Lots of visitors were pushy and rude. Hotel staff was great. Tv don’t go back on second night but we don’t know why because staff didn’t communicate wether or not it was fixed.

The breakfast is good. The rest of the experience and the rooms are on a motel 6 level. They don't even offer ice or an ice bucket. "The restaurant can give you a cup of ice.". Never again.

Great service since the moment our taxi drop us, and Ramon welcomed us. The check in was smooth and friendly. Although there was a little queue for breakfast, the dining room is huge and the breakfast more than complete. Great service everywhere. The hotel is conveniently located for time square and all shows in Broadway. I will definitely return to this hotel.
