The staff is very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. My flight to NY was canceled and I notified Kama so I wouldn’t be marked as a ‘no show’ and they were ready for me when I arrived the next day.

Staff was friendly, seamless checkin, loved my capsule (1 in 6 bed). There is no elevator but I lucked out not having to climb the stairs. Bring in the capsule took getting used to (5 ft 5) not too narrow like twin bed size. It was convenient to the subway station but note C & B trains do not run late (B) not on weekends which I didn’t realize. Great for a quick overnight and would highly recommend. The hearing got noisy here and there through the night but I appreciated the clean, safe environment plus private toilet for our room. The lockers in the room are small and space is tight. Luckily I pack light so not a problem for me.

Great Location. Right next to one of the entrances to Central Park. Also, one block away from Amsterdam street where there are lots of cafe, shopping, and restaurant options. Overall great place. Great price. Highly recommend.

Bed and linens very clean and comfortable enough. Safe secure bldg. Old bldg=radiator blasts heat and no control over it. Code to room inexplicably stopped working;same for light in bathroom. Noise from slamming doors and metal lockers will prevent sleep; bring noise cancelling headphones.

Positives: Economical, clean, safe, convenient location, friendly staff, shared restrooms are clean and modern, small locker in room to store valuables (must provide own lock). Negatives: Bunk beds are claustrophobic and difficult to access (especially upper bunk), no chair or table in room, very few hooks to hang clothes, no elevator (difficult to carry luggage upstairs to upper floors).
