When I arrived in the room my window had an enormous crack in it and despite notifying “staff” twice about it there was no communication or reaching out. I frankly felt unsafe with the window looking like it was about to cave in with a light breeze.

Great location close to all methods of transportation and to many amenities. Restaurants and shopping experience are around every corner nearby. I didn’t like the check-in time. It should be by 3 pm giving more time to be able to go around upon arrival. The staff very friendly. And very polite Thanks

The property was closed to the place I visited in NY. Overall experience was good. The few things I didn’t expect. One was the room was very small. Second was the coffee capsules were not enough for the days of our stay. Third was the $66 charge for 2 hrs advance check in which I didn’t experience in o other stays.

We LOVED Kasa Lantern. Easy self check in. Very clean and cozy. Felt extremely safe with security inside the lobby. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Area has great food around and is a close walk to the subway. Will definitely stay here again.

Not great value for the price of the hotel. Room felt stuffy, low of stains around appliances and toilet cleaner. Toilet dispenser loose. Towels were off white signaling they were not entirely washed. Windows were dirty.

This was my second time staying at a Kasa property and it was just as good as the first. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing from Sunday - Tuesday (when I departed). The soaking tub was EVERYTHING! After a long day of walking around the city the soaking tub was the ucing on the cake. Perfect!

No sound insulation means you’re up all night.

Room was small but fine. Main issue was lack of sound insulation between the rooms. You could hear muffled conversations of other guests who were speaking in normal ways. Even with the white noise machine they provide it was still not a restful stay.

What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!

My particular room was noisy as we were next to Delancey street. The window sounded like it was open which made it hard to sleep. However, they do offer a sound machine which was very nice, and came with a large selection of noises. Overall the room and hotel was clean and orderly. The hotel does not have a concierge so there is no need to interact with people if you don’t want to. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay.

Convenience!

We chose this property because it was a seven minute walk to our daughter’s apartment. The attention to details for me was key. A very large refrigerator, a microwave, complementary coffee, and tea numerous cups a blow dryer a spacious bathroom a very large shower, where all very appealing to us. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.!!
