Great little hotel.

One’s initial reaction is to the tiny size of the room. But it is extremely well planned with everything you need and a place for everything you have - unlike many hotels it even has a safe. Everywhere was extremely clean and as we were a “ middle of the building” room there wasn’t a sound through the night. There was a delightful selection of croissants, et cetera, with plenty coffee and orange juice every morning. You can take your coffee and croissant to the top floor where there is seating in the fresh air with the home of Manhattan traffic in the background. The staff were very pleasant also.

Noisy but Excellent location

Pros: internet was excellent, variety of good restaurants nearby, walking distance to the subway, customer service excellent Cons: the room is extremely small, it’s good for ONE person, the sink is ridiculously small, you hear everything outside (cars honking, garbage trucks, people talking). The hotel provided ear plugs that did not help.

Very nice boutique hotel with the potential to be amazing. They need to put more effort into the check-in experience, from training the staff to greet, welcome and provide service “with a smile” to the appearance. The staff was certainly capable but disinterested and just there because it is their shift and their rent is due, type of energy.

Our stay was excellent! The room is really clean. It was the perfect place for my husband and I. It is located very close to times square. I would most definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to NY! You have to check out the cute Amish market right next to it!
