- The property is currently undergoing an elevator system upgrade project, scheduled to continue through January 2026. During this time, one elevator car will be operational.
- For reservations of three nights or fewer, there is an $85 short stay fee, plus applicable taxes, payable upon check-out.
- Optional daily housekeeping is available for $85 per day, plus applicable taxes.
- Self Parking is available for $45 per day (24-hour period). An extra $10 charge applies to oversized vehicles.
- Valet Parking is available for $70 per day (24-hour period). An extra $10 charge applies to oversized vehicles.
- Valet Parking not available between 4pm and 7pm, when the Hotel Loading Zone becomes a Bus Lane.
- Please note that bicycles are not allowed in the West 57th Street lobby or in any of the units at any time. In addition, no bicycle storage (short or long term) is available on property.
