the view was amazing and well worth the stay. stayed on the 46th floor and it definitely topped the new york experience the area is pricey goto harlem or soho or cheaper foods :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Millenium in the Financial District of NY. The staff was very kind. We arrived at 5 am and Robert checked us in quickly and was able to get us directly into a room. It was a godsend after an overnight flight from Los Angeles.

Actual check was easy. The check in desk was temporarily located on the 4th floor. Popperty location allows for access to many eating, shopping and sightseeing, all in walking distance. The hotel restuarant was temporarily- to be opened at a later date. Getting from my floor to the lobby required transferring to a second set of elevator bank.

I’ve stayed at this property many times, love the location. It’s currently being renovated with little amenities offered, there is virtually no lobby area, there is a coffee/snack area with extremely limited hours and options. You enter from side street and have to go up to floor 4 to check in. The elevators are terribly crowded and on more than one occasion we went to the “temporary” front desk and there was no one there to assist. We stayed in a renovated room and happy to report the view was amazing, and there are plenty of outlets and charging options now. There are also beverage fridges in the renovated rooms now! I plan on returning but not until the full renovations and lobby are complete as this was difficult to navigate and for the price there should be more offered during the interim.

NYC Hotel Stay

The location of the hotel is great, but unfortunately, the service was horrible, and the lack of accountability made the experience even worse. I understand the building is currently undergoing renovations, but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service. Guests still deserve a certain level of care and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. Very disappointing.

The view from our hotel room was absolutely stunning. We were 50 floors up, and our window directly overlooked the 9/11 Memorial, the Oculus, and the Hudson River. Waking up to that view each morning was surreal—it felt like we were floating above the city. It was both peaceful and powerful to see such iconic and meaningful landmarks right outside our window. One of the biggest perks of the hotel was its location. Having a subway station right outside the entrance made getting around the city super easy and convenient. We were able to explore a lot without wasting time on travel, and everything felt within reach. The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had all the essentials we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The only hiccup we experienced was during arrival—GPS took us to a side of the hotel that was under construction, which made finding the entrance a little confusing at first. But once we got that figured out, everything else went smoothly. Overall, the combination of the incredible view, convenient location, and comfortable room made for a great stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Surprisingly comfortable

Hotel is under renovation. First floor entrance is small, dark and rather bleak. Checkin on 4th floor is temporary during the remodel. The room iself is beautifully redone. Clean and bright. Hall was a bit noisy (doors thud closed) but not noisier than other NYC hotels.

Not what I asked for

It was not good, The reception was at 4th floor (not mentioned) due to reconstruction. I paid for larger room which was not available when checking in but no one told me and they just sent me to a smaller room.
