The location is great . Very clean hotel . The room vew is beautiful , very small but confortable . The staff use the same elevator than guests , and the hotel full Can make the elevators delayed … so it was a problem wasting time waiting elevators . But in general good option ..

we live in nj and usually take train into town. hotels near penn station are usually more noisy and the immediate neighborhood is always crowded. motto by hilton in chelsea is in the residential area, quite safe & comfortable to walk around, and yet not too far away from the penn station. the staff is always very friendly 👍 so we usually stay here whenever in town 😊
