Solo 6 nights

Stayed for 6 nights. The first 3 nights the tv didn’t work and service needs to be called each night to get it to work. They eventually gave us a new, upgraded room with a great view of the Empire State Building at no additional charge. And also waived the daily “destination fee” for 2 of the days. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Rooms are quiet. Bed is comfortable. Cleaning is daily. Location is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Moxy NYC Chelsea during our girls’ trip to New York. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering stunning views of the Empire State Building. Highly recommend for both convenience and atmosphere.
