Overall enjoyed the stay but my sofa was stained and there was no coffee maker in the room. No decaf coffee in the cafe either. Staff were super friendly and attentive.

we loved our stay. the room was everything we needed. nice shower, comfy bed, empire state view!! the food was also surprisingly great at the restaurant they have on site. staff was so friendly & fun. only weird thing was the time they come to clean the room are unpredictable. once they showed up at nearly 6 PM while we were getting ready for dinner, a few other days they didn’t come at all. not a big deal to us but an odd note.

This is our 4th time staying here while visiting NY we love the staff, the location of the hotel and the VIEWS, makes it walkable to all the things we wanted to see this time around. Loved the lobby bar, rooftop bar and the coffee shop/dinning downstairs we tried all 3 this time around before we had only tried the downstairs. Enjoyed the food it was delicious and drinks! 10/10. Will be booking again.

My view was gorgeous but the rest was all down hill. staff does not get back to me re issues. Had to tip when I served my self food… had coffee spilled from morning not from me not cleaned up at 4 pm how was there coffe from the morning not cleaned up at 4pm a huge puddle. Then the hotel booked us a dinner reservation that’s totally not at that location and we had to go to a different location and eat disgusting french fries and drink there was no food there just drinks and french fries over all my steak was very unpleasant. I messaged the staff at least 14 emails with no reply.
