Great experience overall, besides the night time when I wanted to eat with my family on the rooftop. There was an unfortunate amount of confusion from the staff regarding how you can access the rooftop after a certain timeframe in order to eat dinner on the rooftop. Other than the rooftop dinner confusion I had an excellent experience with the stay. The staff that were in the lobby did an excellent job of answering any questions and being accommodating.

You pay for the view and that is it. The staff are great but the rooms are for very short visits - one night is good. I accept that this is what one must do when staying in NYC so I recommend it for quick trips.

The hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in the city! We had a girls trip and the area was cute, safe and very walkable from the metro, shopping areas and cute flower shops. The rooms are small, but I guess that is new york!
