I'm a woman traveling solo, shipping at SoHo and LES and wanted a safe, convenient, fun hotel. This was perfect for my needs, and I love that this hotel thinks about it's guests: all the necessities provided (hotels don't do this anymore, eg shower cap, etc), a lovely rooftop, coffee, croissants, etc. I also loved that this hotel isn't huge and I can run in and out all day without navigating a huge building..

Great location (right in the heart of Chinatown and Little Italy!), amazing staff (provided helpful directions and recommendations and fun stories), free coffee and fresh croissants in mornings. We had two rooms one upstairs and one downstairs. We loved the little sitting area outside of the first floor room. Just enough room to sit and enjoy the sounds of the city. Subway access and walking to other spots around town was easy and there was a lot to see and do in the area.

The hotel is in a fantastic location ! Right between little Italy and Chinatown !! Amazing. Very modern and well maintained. The 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby was perfect ! Very delightful manager ! Met him by chance and he showed me to the rooftop which I didn’t even know was there !!! DO NOT MISS the roof…. It is fantastic. Everything was perfect

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in Chinatown within walking distance of the financial district, Brooklyn bridge and more. Lots of great dining options near by. You can lave your luggage in the lobby before check in and after check out. Staff are friendly

Great Hotel with lovely staff and perfect for our stay in NYC - location is great, room was clean and spacious and the view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic! Only negative point was the missing toilet brush which seems a little weird for a European but understand this is common in the US to not have one on every toilet. Can definitely recommend this place and would book again without hesitation.
