When we arrived at the property there was no running water and no working AC. It was over 80 degrees outside and we had been walking all day - we were not able to cool down or take a shower. The staff was not informed of when issues would be fixing, stating “management knows but isn’t here.” The whole situation was very frustrating.

The air conditioner was terrible. The room was hot and suffocating. They closed the water for 1 day. You could not go to restroom or shower. Promised to open it back by 6pm but its only came back at around 10pm.

Bed very uncomfortable rooms tiny. Only thing great location. They need to upgrade rooms, awful communication left my internal charger never got one returned courtesy phone call back. Every time I would call the manager, her voicemail box would be full! For days on end. horrible service.

Sure, the rooms are pretty small, but for the convenience and Maria at the front desk (simply awesome). It was worth it. Would definitely consider it for another trip to New York.

Rooms pretty old, nothing at all special. Hallways and elevators were TINY. That all said, we had a comfortable night. Their policy of paying additional service fee at check-in on top of main price and fees/taxes is outrageous. Practice of not guaranteeing room requested and soliciting multiple times for us to pay for an upgrade was also shameful. Staff were most excellent however.
