Great location to Time Square and major attractions. Rooms are extremely small, bed was very cheap feeling and linens were not as advertised. Restaurant in hotel was very cute and had good food.

The rooms were not as they appear in the photo. They were very small and the doors had mold and stains on the walls. In short, the rooms need remodeling.

The hotel overall was nice and in a great location. The incidental deposit is however a bit extreme, $ 100 NIGHTLY plus the $79 resort fee that was not included when I made the reservation on Expedia.

Enjoyed the stay other than no access to ice to be able to have ice water, no fridge or microwave in the room to be able to use our leftovers. Maybe the cost of staying there should’ve been a bit less since we had to pay extra for everything and then waste it since we couldn’t keep it. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Our room was disgusting. The backsplash in the shower was literally off the wall and only leaning against it. The shower is also unleveled so there is a pool of water that doesn’t drain from half of the shower. Zero ice machines in the building and no fridges in the room. The bed was atrocious and makes a ton of noise. Our blinds looked like dilapidated burlap and didn’t block any light from the super bright billboards across the street. It was ONLY convenient in location, otherwise I would not stay here again.

They charge extra and nothing is complementary the rooms is too tiny the water in shower is cold they don’t offer water coffee and no coffe machine in rooms. The bathroom is too old the rooms is too cold for the winter time the elevator is too slow just for 4 floors the person is too rude in front desk
