I would not recommend staying here. The hotel lists laundry facilities yet I was directed to a laundromat despite not having coins so I had to then find my own way of laundry. I had to pay for this. The hotel also has a gym that I was not made aware of so I had to find a gym and pay a decent amount. Also the bed would squeak loudly when i was sleeping and moved ever so slightly. I also didn’t receive proper house keeping for two days despite asking for the bed to be made and bins taken out. I was told the room had been serviced twice on one of the days so I had to take photos to justify the experience I had for someone to take me seriously. The breakfast that the listing also includes is not through the hotel but through a separate restaurant and therefore is a decent amount more expensive than I was expecting. There is an extra fee on top of the hotel expense when you arrive and I believe it would be cheaper at the Hilton than this hotel.

The room was quite large, more so than expected based on reviews I had seen. It had 2 queen sized beds, however both beds were extremely creaky and felt unstable. The TV in the room did not work. It would turn on, then 90% of the screen would turn black. The reading lamps also didn't appear to be working, and it was difficult to access the plug sockets. When you could access them, for example when using the hair dryer, the plug would fall out. The shower was temperamental in terms of getting a good water temperature but it was a walk in which is useful if you have access needs. There was an AC unit in the room, but the windows would not open and they had duct tape on them which was strange. The room was quite clean but certain things such as old worn towels and a stain on the bedding made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Good things though were the storage cupboard that we used for hanging up clothes and also had an iron and ironing board in etc, the location was excellent and close to Times Square, The Rockefeller Centre etc so the hotel is perfect as a base. There is also luggage storage which is very useful. Downstairs is very bright and modern which is nice. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others if they're looking for somewhere.

Overall we had a great stay. Rooms could have used some updating, and the elevators were very small for the property sometimes causing longer waits. Staff was great, and location is so convenient to everything.

The room and entire hotel were dirty, and unkept. The place was horrible we were supposed to stay three days and left after one night the bed was old and hard, and we listened to a squeeky door slam all night long.

I checked in with my husband for a short vacation. first, they say check in at 3 pm, when we went there, there was a long line to wait for checking in, only one lady was woking at the reception and she was so rude and her attitude with us was so bad. we were asked to pay 45 $ per day as a facility things, she said it is for the wifi, fridge and microwave (which you get for free in each hotel). when we went up to the room, fridge and microwave were not in the room and that lady said that you can only get it b request. I told them that I don't need so give me my money back, she said even if you don't use it, you still need to pay for it. the room was soooooo small, you can't open put a suitcase in there. and it was dirty. towels were very old and torned out. there was a strange smell in the hotel. the only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that I wouldn't recommend it to any body.
