Don't stay in Rm 1123 if you want any sleep. The elevator noise runs all night,up and down. This Omni has gone downhill from years past. Fewer amentieis, no coffee maker in room, and no washclothes given without request. Terrible fixed shower head. Good things were the nice Concierge and Lenny the Doorman who dances. Amazing.

I want to highlight how smooth and efficient the check-in and check out process was. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire process was quick and seamless—something we truly appreciated. We understand that this situation may have been beyond the hotel’s direct control, and we feel for the staff who had to manage such a difficult scene. Still, it was a highly disruptive and distressing event that impacted our experience. Overall, it was a great stay in a great part of the city.
