There was no hot water for the two days we were there. We didn’t try to shower on check in day so didn’t really notice. But the next day there was only a tiny trickle of luke warm water. In order to get enough pressure to wash your hair you had to make it ice cold. I complained only to find out they had known when I checked about the problem and weren’t sure when it would be fixed. The next morning when there was still no hot water, we decided to check out early and get another hotel and the lobby was filled with upset guests. The person I presume was the manager was talking to other guests and took no responsibility, claiming he only found out there was a problem that morning. I was offered no compensation for the issue, not even an apology. I won’t be using Pod hotels again.

Very good stay, even though the rooms are small it’s still very comfortable. Only complaint is the bed was pretty hard and I didn’t realize there were amenities fees but that’s kinda on me lol

ALL rooms start above a few floors from the street level and very quiet, despite being on a very busy street. Full rooms with ensuite are expensive for what they are.

Have stayed several times over the years because it is ideal for a short duration stay as is the Queen pod. I find it is quiet and relaxing and no hassle at all. Comfortable bed and good rain shower. I’ve stayed in other more expensive and fancy NYC hotels as well which were fine, but for me now, the POD meets my needs very well.

Perfect base for lots of things. Close to the Port Authority subway and only one stop away from Penn Station. The bunk bed room was great for me and my tween daughter. Only wish there had been coffee in room! But there was a Starbucks around the corner.
