Nice front desk staff. I was allowed to check in early and the let me have a late check out. Nice bathroom, love the body wash. I have a queen bed that was very comfortable with nice sheets.

I have reviewed my stay from last week and it is unchanged . This time is for the extended stay. Just want to suggest a tip box for everyone to share like every 2 mos. They all deserve it but so many of them that it’s hard to give them individually. If there’s a pool they can easily be divided. I ask for the tip box but I was told it’s only for baggage storage staff.

Great hotel - easy to find, clean room, well-designed layout. My only complaint was how loud my room was - there was so much street noise, made it very difficult to sleep even with white noise blasting from my phone.

Comfy pillow lover

Not the greatest but not the worst. It was the most affordable hotel for the time I was looking. Small rooms as expected but enough space for two people. The pillows were totally uncomfortable making sleep rough. If you can pay a little more for better comfort I would recommend it.

While small and no frills, I was completely comfortable in my room. It was small but for one person it was fine. I'd stay there again by myself in a pinch; I wouldn't want to share the room though.

I saw some reviews saying they couldn’t get any sleep because they were in Times Square (which honestly wouldn’t be the hotels fault anyway) but I was shocked by how quiet it was at night! This is the perfect place for solo travel- clean, affordable, good location for shopping and sight seeing, it’s small but that’s kinda the point of the place, and personally I loved it- it’s cozy and I’m a messy traveler so when it was time to pack up it was nicer to have all my stuff in one small room then trying to remember everything spread out around a bigger room or suite. I will definitely be staying again!

The street level lobby to catch the elevator to the main lobby smelled like sewer. The room was advertised as a twin/full and the photos showed both a twin bed and full bed, however it was just one full bed. The toiletries were very limited and the room did not have a fridge.
