I don’t know if they were fixing the elevator, cleaning or just making noise for no reason but there was noise on the floor the whole entire night, it was hard to sleep. Room wasn’t very clean. No tv remote in room.

The room was very small - with two double beds (which we requested). Staff was very good at helping us change the reservation from two to 4 people (my mistake when booking). The room was clean-ish. One of the matresses was ripped on the side. As we were packing up to leave, we saw a roach in the room. The garage where we parked our car was secure. Food options were limited - we could only find chinese restaurants. We did enjoy Dumpling Xi - food was excellent.

the only thing i did not like is the hotel trying to run my card a day before when expedia acts like you pay at hotel when you arrive like the majority of hotels do. i complied and called them and they ran my card a day early, but then when i arrived they run the card again and tell me the other full charge would drop off in a day. Really made no sense and with all my travels I have never experienced that. I would stay here again if they can figure out a better procedure for charging for the room. The staff was great and the room was clean

Good last minute stay

Went late bight and left early AM for flight, not sure about food but bed was comfy enough and slept well. Bathroom was clean ans everything worked. Nice last minute overnight hotel option, only bad thing is area has too much construction happening and lobby is small.

If you're not fussy about room thrills and frills this is a great option for you. What you get is a clean room, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave; a few options to store items. average sized bathroom with towels etc. You don't get the extra toiletries such as face soaps, creams etc but that is a fair trade-off for the price once booked in advance. Stayed on the 2nd floor and you can hear street noise into the early hours of the morning. Subway is a 7 minute walk and no issues with any Ride Share for the location. Ideal place to stay if you're going to CitiField. Decent shopping at the Shops at Skyview.
