I wanted to love this hotel, unfortunately it was not at all similar to other Marriott locations. I’m bummed because I passed up other hotels that would have been much better in favor of a well-known brand. The hotel room had years of accumulated dirt under the sinks and in the crevices. The paint was chipped and worn everywhere. Dirty grout in the bathroom. Just not the appearance of a place you are spending that much to stay. The location is of course the appeal, but there is no nice lobby to return to. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we need our key fixed. The issues go beyond a friendly staff unfortunately. The photos of the hotel are a bit deceiving. Definitely do not recommend. Sadly.

Stellar service, perfect location.

The hotel was perfectly located for us to get to subway, cab and walk everywhere. We were there for Bway show and theaters anrebaround the corner! Also HOHO bus stops right outside. Plenty of good eateries in walking distance or subway away.The room condition was decent, but wish they’d replace the sliding bathroom door with a regular door for better privacy and ours was off track and super difficult to slide. Such minor problem given the comfortable beds comfy & great counter space in bathroom. The service was perfection. EVERY single staff, from the doormen to front desk and concierge, was superb. We would return just for this alone! Highly recommend.

Great location just steps away from Times Square. The rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is clean, safe, and pretty well kept up. Great option if you're looking for something in the heart of things.

Stay was ok. Good location but very very noisy. VIP credits a bit of a farse. They give $35, but the products available are super overpriced e.g. a small bottle of milk is $8 in their shop vs. $2 in CVS. Biscuits are $15... so whilst a good concept, super ludicrous prices. Other observations - cleaners dont clean rooms properly, conceirge (Omar) was excellent. Pillows uncomfy.
