The room is good, within the limit yes, however, there was no hot water, we spent Christmas night, we arrived tired, there was no water (yes my husband was without taking a shower)... I took it and my son because we took a shower early he left it for later neither on Christmas night nor the next day (morning), there was water for bathing..., the place is not safe at all ... super dangerous! We walk with fear of the day to the subway even more afraid at night, in front there are beggars and the hotel locks the doors. Summary: don't go! They had to give me back 65.00 because there is no water, let's see.

Pros: Price; Very close to Manhattan – a big advantage for sightseeing; Convenient location; Brand new and clean hotel; Comfortable rooms equipped with everything needed for a family stay; Easy to find and convenient to reach from the airport; Friendly staff; Cons: The area around the hotel is quite dirty; One day we requested housekeeping to come 20 minutes later than their arrival time, but no one came, the towels were not changed, and trash was left in the room. The hotel’s boiler broke on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, so no one could take a shower or bath. While this was an unforeseen circumstance, it was uncomfortable. Breakfast time is crowded. People have to stand in the aisles, as there are not enough seats for all guests. The hotel has 14 floors and approximately 1,400 rooms, while the breakfast area only has about 30–50 seats. During peak season, this means waiting in line for breakfast and then looking for a place to sit. One way to solve this is to take breakfast to your room, but then you need to use the elevator, which can also take time due to long waits and high number of guests.

Room was spotless. Breakfast was very busy, but tasty with a lot of great options. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. They were able to give us a room much earlier than the usual check-in time, and even store our luggage after check-out on the last day. We only had a couple issues with the elevators, since we were on the top floor and they were always busy. Overall, great stay

The room was pretty clean, breakfast very good. The location was great, very few stops from main touristic sights, but the neighborhood didn’t feel safe, the walk to/from the subway station didn’t feel safe.
