It was clean, comfortable. The breakfast was chaotic and not enough places to sit. To find the entrance to get in was difficult because it does not match the address. Elevators were hard to get for going down from the lobby which is how you got out of the building We waited atleast 10 mins to get the down.

No parking it’s $65 a day to park and you can’t go in and out you’ll have to leave it there or you’ll pay again. They also take half of your incidentals as credit use at the hotel and you don’t have a choice. They don’t tell until you’re already checked in

The room was fine. We arri wd erly amd could not check in, so we were told we could leave our bags downstairs at the bell stand. However, we waitef a long time foe somebody to show up and we then had to go back upstairs to the lobby and have them call for somebody to help us. The same thing happened at check out and we asked to have our bags held. It took forever.

Honestly a good place to come with someone u love and care about very peacefully and refreshing definitely coming back bed is comfortable snack bar and liquor bar in hotel gym in hotel also breakfast in the morning literally good vibes and energy must come again

Liked how they provided a destination fee for us to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, however I found the prices for items that was available quite expensive considering you could purchase them for cheaper within walking distance. Cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff was greatly appreciated. Found the breakfast dining area quite small and hard to navigate through considering. Overall, we had a great stay.

Room was very cozy. Loved having a kitchen with microwave & fridge. The lobby has a bar which includes a happy hour menu! Bartenders made me feel very welcomed in nyc with great advice. Overall great hotel and will be booking again in the future
