The location was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Understanding we were there for a holiday (Thanksgiving), it was uber busy and check-in was bumpy as a result. The staff was very nice.

This is a great hotel for 3 reasons. The location is close to Broadway, Central Park and other attractions. The size of the room is quite large for the price. And the bed was very comfortable. I recommend staying on an upper floor to manage street noise. Shower and water pressure were better than most. And we enjoyed the sitting area in our room. Romeo's Pizza and the Diner across the street were both great food spots. I wish check in was earlier than 4pm. On a positive side, their bellstaff happily stores our luggage. On your way out, check with them for car service to the airport. We foundtheir service to be betterpricethan other rideshare services out there.

Little things were a turn off. The urban fee perks advertised says there is more to it than there actually is. I know it’s a common fee but this hotels especially was a money grab. They put 2 water bottles in your room on day 1 they hope you’ll reuse. Only 2- even if you have 4 registered guests-we asked. The chair in our room needed a cleaning. An attendant that brought our bags out after being held started talking about how Christmas was on its way while I was taking out my tip. Tacky. I saw a housekeeper wipe a hall table with a washcloth from the laundry cart. The location was good. Would not stay again.

This is the old Hampton Inn, only twice as nice. Unbeatable location. Lots of couples and kids and families ans older folks and foreign visitors. Basically, we had a blast.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Fast food in the corridors constantly, rooms needed a proper clean, bugs in the beds (for the love of God, please spray the carpets in the rooms). Absolutely would not recommend and I'm just relieved to be out of there with minimal bed bug bites. Now to spray all our clothes before we dare bring them inside the house!
