Romer was the right price and the right place!

Nice boutique hotel in a very central location. Many restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and eclectic. No real restaurant or bar onsite, but the market cafe had some good options for beer and wine. Grab and go food was decent too.

Great location, if you’re doing Broadway shows, especially Wicked it can’t be beat. A little unclear that the gym access is offsite via a voucher. Smell of weed wafted into our room presumably from vents, beds are firm. The employees were very kind, hotel is beautiful inside and overall it was a good stay.

Location was amazing!!!! Pictures are a bit misleading looked for the piano bar never saw one. Convenient parking next door in garage (does cost). Elevator not always working, but was shown the service elevator. Again location was perfect service was fine.

Great location and hotel

We loved it here, the location is perfect, and the style of the hotel is great. Easy to get anywhere in the city. The only negatives were that only one elevator worked which was very slow, and there is a mandatory resort fee that I don't really know what that gets you. Other than that it was great.

Great location, love the spacious room, and tons of storage. Only issue we had during our stay was one of the elevators breaking down but they graciously let us use the staff elevator to compensate. Super convenient to theatres and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience except for this: why would you close the hotel lobby bathrooms? I know they were filming something in the library. Hotel guests who are waiting for their rooms to be ready or guest who cannot get a late check out are all waiting in your lobby.
