Staff was outstanding. Housekeeping was perfect. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars was the slooooow wifi in the room. My husband found the coffee area to be a little awkward, but I was really happy to have dishes, glasses and flatware

My second stay here at San Carlos in NYC. The staff are all very friendly. The rooms are clean & spacious for New York at a reasonable price compared to hotels near by. It’s super convenient in location. You’re not really gonna get a view from your room here but who cares?- just go out and see the city up close!
