A lovely boutique hotel in the center of Times Square. Rooftop bar is adorable. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back again.

This hotel is walking distance from most of the attractions we had tickets to. And the subways were right around the corner as well. Our room was different than the pictures advertised on the website but it was still a nice room. Would recommend!

The staff at the Sanctuary are outstanding. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Excellent service. Many of the rooms have no windows with any real daylight. That was a real surprise to me but then it’s NYC.

Really friendly staff. VERY DARK hotel though. Lots of dark wood, low lights. Also, windows seemed thin. Noise from outside was much noisier than other hotels in NYC.
