Nice hotel and staff!

Great stay all around. There is a small market right and coffee shop next door The rooftop terrace was a bonus! We were able to check in early and the waiting area was comfortable and super cute. Bed was cozy and overall hotel was clean. The employees were friendly and very helpful when calling cabs, etc.

This is a great location if you're a first timer and want to have easy access to all of the touristy things! Head down Broadway for shopping, SoHo for trendy restuarants and cute coffee shops. Or head down to the financial district to see Wall St and tour the 9/11 Memorial Museum! It's really got everything! There is easy train access to take you to Central Park Times Square if you're looking for more entertainment and Little Italy was a great quiet street for walking and fine dining on the weekends! Our room was small but it was clean and the housekeeping staff always refilled our coffee, had fresh towels and clean bedding after a full day out in Manhattan. 100/10 would recommend the Sheraton Tribeca and I would stay here again if I ever make it back to NYC!

I want to say James or Jason( I can not remember his name) with the front desk was really nice and had great customer service. We were upgraded which was plus for us! The location was so convenient, also it was deli right next door which was 24hrs!
