Good stay overall. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and around 20 minutes to Times Square. There’s also a metro stop right at the end of the road, which made getting around really convenient. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even looked after our bags for the day while we explored the city, which was much appreciated. The view from our room was amazing, we could see right down towards the World Trade Center and the Statue of Liberty. The only downside was the room size. We had two double beds, but there wasn’t much floor space to move around or get ready in. The bathroom was also quite small, and the shower pressure could have been better. For the price, you might expect a bit more space but this is New York, and realistically, all you need is a clean, comfy room to sleep in.

I was switched between hotels when I arrived. The room in the adjacent property - from the one I had reserved and paid in advance for - was ridiculously small and yet still the same inflated midtown price. The lobby was very loud due to music and chaotic. The elevators in the morning were so poorly timed that after waiting 10 minutes another guest and I were forced to walk down 15 flights of stairs. They also had ridiculously over-complicated controls and UI, just silly bad property decisions. I’d not recommend this hotel considering how many alternatives there are.

I had a 2 bedroom options for my wife and 2 kids… is just to small, really uncomfortable, they reduce the space significantly. Beside that is was clean, quite, nice and everything. But 2 beds is just for 2 people not to add kids due to lack of space to put luggage or anything

Spent 3 nights here with my 2 adult daughters. Perfect location for exploring NYC. Room (if somewhat compact) was ideal for a base in the city. Comfortable beds, good shower, clean everywhere. Staff very accommodating and helpful with travel tips. Happy and polite staff all round. Breakfast was delightful lots of options hot and cold. definitely recommend for short stay.

Fantastic staff and location!

This hotel was amazing! We had a city view room on the 40th floor and we could see the statue of liberty from the room! The view was so breathtaking at night when the city was all lit up. The staff were so friendly, the room was big (for nyc) and everything was clean. The locations perfect and safe. Close to multiple subway options and walking down the street with all of the flower shops smelled so good!

Het uitzicht was geweldig vanaf de 41e verdieping waar wij zaten. De kamer is niet ruim voor 4 personen, we hadden gelukkig maar 2 grote koffers. Je bent echter maar weinig op je kamer, dus geen probleem.Het was er schoon en dagelijks werden de handdoeken verschoond. Het ontbijt is goed georganiseerd, je wordt naar een tafel gebracht wat het niet zo chaotisch maakt. Er was voldoende keuze qua ontbijt. De straat is in Manhattan maar is best rustig en je merkt niets van de drukte. Een echte aanrader!
