Expected Better Experience

My 2nd stay here and 2nd time issue with water temperature in shower and sink. Water never got warm in either, cold everyday. They had someone come up to fix it but it wasn't fixed. Jo at the front desk was very kind and felt bad I could see. My bill was reduced by $200 but I won't be coming back in future. It's not acceptable to deal with this issue at this level of a hotel.

The hotel is directly across the street from Bryant Park. Very nice park with lots going on. Walking distance to shopping and eats.
