Absolutely the Most Professional Staff and Hotel Personnel! Impossible to list all of the EXCEPTIONAL QUALITIES - LOCATION, AMENITIES, SERVICE, QUALITY ETC…. IT MADE ME SAD TO LEAVE!! Great staff - professionals, welcoming, and accommodating of special requests. The room is good - spacious and clean. However, the hotel lobby and hallways probably needs upgrading as it is becoming dated and sad looking. Maybe new carpets, lighting fixture, and art work would brighten up the place to keep its high standard.

Room was ready early and spotless. Staff service was excellent. Property location was centrally located in midtown facing Bryant Park, which is a short 10 block walk up 5th Ave to St Pat’s and Rockefeller Center. Highly recommend this hotel.
