Like the location. Easily walkable to Penn station, 5th avenue New York Public Library, etc. Lots of dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not perfect but decent for the price. AC Heater was noisy, ended up turning it off. Some street noise at nigt from construction while I was there. People wise it was ok. Decent little gym down in the basement and surprise, surprise, every machine was in working order!

Well located in Midtown Manhattan small clean rooms with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Main downside are NY hotel room prices and windows that do not offer great soundproofing.

Perfect!

Tom at the front desk was the most helpful and sweetest ever. Our terrace was phenomenal with the best view of the Empire State Building. Everything was very clean and cozy.

We booked this hotel for a weekend vacation. I have to say, we were underwhelmed. The pictures made it seem like we were going to get a small king suite (we got a deluxe king room), with some space to 'nest' in the room. My wife is pregnant, so we were hoping to have a room that allowed us to have comfort if we stayed in. Walking into the hotel and the check in we're fine, but the room reminded me more of a motel room with an old look to it and small bathroom. We didn't have much hot water the first day, but we found out later it was intermittently hot and it took a while to reach our room. The room wasn't really clean, there was food fragments on the floor around the bed, but no bugs/major issues. The bed was comfortable, but the view of the empire state building was pretty much non-existent. We faced the ESB but only got to see the middle third of it since we were so close. The hotel 'amenities' we're a bit of a joke. The 'conference center' is a big table in the lobby. The coffee bar is in the basement and it's basically a fancy Keurig machine. The gym seemed decent but we didn't get a chance to use it. After looking back on the pictures of the hotel, I realized that the generic photos must be of their high end premium suites, but the photos attached to our room were misleading. Overall, disappointed with what we got for the price, but it was an easy walk to times square, so if you just need a home base to sleep, it'll do just fine.

This hotel was very nice. Check in was easy and fast, and they let us check in early. It is a bit outdated but nothing to worry about. Bed and room overall was very comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. They cleaned the room daily and restock everything. There’s a cute little rooftop bar in the last floor, very nice. The area the hotel is in is 10/10. Close to everything and extremely close to a subway station. Would definitely stay here again.
