For the price and location of the hotel, the Leo was an absolutely amazing stay. Rooms were always clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel had a very cozy atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was nothing like the photos on this website and the room was painted in dark grey prison like colour. Again nothing like the photos advertised on this site. The tv didnt work due to wifi connectiing issues. Wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone. Misled but the advertised images.. Avoid

I did not have cable during my entire stay. I learned that the entire floor did not have cable and it was a problem with Verizon, so it seems that they been happening this problem for a while. I asked person what they were they going to do about it and was told nothing. She was not at all helpful. I hardly slept due to the noise. I would not recommend this place. The least that they could have done is offer some type of compensation. And they have to change the scrambled eggs.

Value-price made my being able to stay in city to attend a special event possible. Location good for my using Penn sta and subway lines and felt safe. Kind staff. Room VERY basic, but I expected that. TV, in room did not work and there was no bedside lamp.

Since I booked a single room with half bath through Expedia, I was given , for me, uninhabitable room right next to the elevator shaft. Too noisy to sleep, no TV, and no hot water. I asked for a room elsewhere when I made the reservation but they disregard request through Expedia. Hotel was full so I left after two days. The remainder was non-refundable but hoping Expedia insurance can refund

was a very pleasant 6-night stay while in Manhattan for the New York Marathon, breakfast was delightful with plenty on offer each morning (except for Sunday), was in room #605 and had a small but functional bathroom with good hot water pressure from the shower, also noticed no noise from the nearby elevator. fantastic location being close to the High Line and Hudson Yards, subway wasn’t too far away either and a useful 24 hour diner for any late night meals, room key is dropped with the reception staff when leaving which is a very useful security feature so don’t have to worry about misplacing the key when touristing. would definitely stay here again due to the value of the room rates, location and welcoming hotel staff with a great daily breakfast.

Breakfast is great with a lot of choices! Tracy greeted me with the warmest, most sincere and delightful welcome and she continued that thru my stay I expected my room to be some noisy, which it was. You have to realize that it is a very very old building without much insulation so you literally hear everything including your neighbors. Even with that said, I would still choose to stay here again jusr because of the staff! They have a beautiful outside Garden to enjoy as well. Very Clean and the most incredible staff!
