The facility was good, but I had the worst experience. Since it was a consecutive night, I left my luggage in my room and went out, and the cleaning person put my luggage away. It seems that the cleaner mistook me for the check-out and thought I had forgotten my luggage. Half of it came back, but the other half didn't come back in the end. In addition, I lost a precious hour during my trip with this response.

Room itself was great, have stayed here before. But beware of fees and charges everywhere! Had 2 drinks in the Stayton Room and ended up paying $70 for them! Insanity!! Didn't realize there was 18% gratuity added in (shouldn't this be more clear on the menu and on your receipt?!), so ended up tipping $18 inadvertently. Then mix ups with the food/beverage charges and credits, so was screwed on the drinks and the terrible breakfast the next morning. If you don't use the restaurant or bar, would recommend this hotel for the room itself, it was fine.

Lexington Hotel have a great localization, there was no disturbing sounds near the room that me and my husband stayed. But the price charged to the breakfast isn’t fair in face of what is offered.

Old facility but well maintained. Small space in room but very clean. The staff are very nice, and corrected room assignment mistake very quickly and nicely. It was a surprise to charge a fee for short time luggage storage.

Staff wasn’t very helpful didn’t explain any questions I had and also a maid opened our door while we were changing somehow and continued to keep the door open to ask us when we were checking out. Also some woman from the hotel called me after I checked out and now won’t return my call so overall not a great experience. A lot of furniture in our room was broken.

Could be better for the price

The room was okay, but there were definitely a few issues. The stripping above the shower was coming off, which caused the ceiling to sag a bit. There was also no ventilation, so everything in the room stayed wet and damp. We understood there was no room service and didn’t expect it, but it would’ve been nice to have a way to get extra washcloths or towels. I’m guessing that’s why the carts are left in the hallway, but we weren’t able to find what we needed on them.

The hotel was overall very nice. The rooms are dated but the extra touches made up for it. The mattress was wonderful and so was the shower!!!! The location is fantastic!!! Walkable to Times Square and shopping on 5th Ave!!!!
