Dear the lodge red hook
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel Unfortunately, several issues made my experience far below expectations.
• The elevator was out of service during my stay, which forced me to take the stairs. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable, especially for guests with luggage or mobility concerns.
• The hallways were noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, which did not reflect the standard of cleanliness I expected.
• The television in my room was not working, limiting the amenities I paid for.
I chose your hotel based on the expectation of comfort and quality service, but these problems caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I believe some form of compensation or adjustment is appropriate under these circumstances.
I hope you will address these concerns promptly to ensure future guests do not face the same issues. I look forward to your response.
