We couldnt sleep, there is a trailer and truck park garage and they come and go at every hour at night.. the rooms arent soundproof so we couldt sleep in 4 days. Its supposed ti be a Luxury experience.. it was a nightmare trully... we felt scammed

Terribly stained carpet. Terrible lighting. The large circular light around very large mirror in the bathroom malfunctioned and went out half way through our stay. It would have required disassembling entire light just to fix. Thus, had to dress in poor lighting. Then charged me destination fee/state tax 281.19! Unbelievable!! Your stated price to me was false. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again. I will likely not use hotels.com again as a result of you providing me false payment information.
