Incredibly quiet for a NYC hotel, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, quick elevators, and the cutest design scheme. The lobby is so welcoming, and I wish I’d had more time to check out the awesome looking collection of books. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again!

The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing, the hotel has a great vibe and it was really conviently located. The amenities in the bathroom were excellent. I love that the windows open so you can get fresh air but the room remains toasty. The reason I didn't go to 5 stars is that the breakfast was so so. It's a spread on the side. I'm also not a fan of overhead showers. Also when someone in another room was having a shower (I think) then there is a tremendous noise coming from the bathroom.

The room was spacious for NYC. The bathroom could use more maintenance, but it was fine. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to my requests. My only suggestion is: The breakfast could've been better (think fresh cut fruit, better honey option (not heinz honey packets like they have at McDonalds) and fresher looking pastries. I just got some tea and an unusually large navel orange each day.
