Dear Nolita Management and Expedia Customer Support,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. Despite having paid in full for my booking, I was subjected to unacceptable conditions that no guest should experience.
Throughout my stay, there was no proper heat in the room. The temperature was extremely cold, yet I was only given a small black cover for my feet and had to sleep with just a bedsheet in the middle of the fall season. This was both unsafe and inhumane, considering that every guest has a legal right to adequate heat.
Additionally, despite my confirmed booking and payment, I was not given a room and was instead kept in the living room area . The staff, particularly Steve, failed to notify me in advance about any changes or issues with my booking. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and discomfort.
I want to emphasize that I returned to this property because I appreciated its quiet atmosphere. However, the rooms are extremely small, comparable to confinement spaces, and the treatment I received this time was deeply disappointing. With the amount of money guests pay, it is reasonable to expect proper heating, basic comfort, and respectful treatment.
