This hotel was a complete rip off and didn’t reflect the picture online . The shower had a horrible Oder and everything in the room was dusty . In addition the elevator wasn’t working we had to used the service elevators . I’m highly upset I had to spend my vacation and my hard earn money on such a dump of an hotel .this hotel should be closed to the public until it gets affairs in order because it isn’t fair you charge customers all that money for absolutely nothing in return I am pissed off.

Broken Stay

The main elevators were out of service checked in on Thursday and left Sunday still not working. All patrons had to use the 1 service elevator. Our room toilet handle broken off and just had a knob to flush. Another inconvenience . No hand soap no wash clothes and barely had towels . I can respect eco friendly but not to supply the room with proper amount of towels is insane .

During my stay they had one working elevator, which was the service elevator. You shared it with the staff and anyone going in either direction. Getting up or down added an extra 10 minutes to leaving the hotel. The rooms were decent, however dated. The bathroom was very dark, no good lighting.

The room was quite outdated, with old furnishings and fixtures. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and most of the elevators were out of service. The telephone and television in the room didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a “Do Not Disturb” sign available. The only redeeming quality was the hotel’s excellent location, which is very convenient.

Hotel is completely rundown, elevators was not working, most of the lights throughout the building was not working. Bathroom was so dark and old not nice at all. Bedsheet had holes in them and had what I assume makeup on them. Bed was comfortable and the view was nice. I would not recommend this to anyone.
