After checking out of the Hudson Yards Hotel that was actually a motel with sleazy vibes, this place was fantastic. The staff was very accommodating and professional with every interaction. I stayed on the 46th floor with fantastic views of the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden and the lights of Times Square. Room was small it clean and modern. Complimentary breakfast. In between 7th ave and Broadway train lines and buses? A few blocks from Herald Square.

I had an excellent stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around Manhattan. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the amenities and how well-maintained the property was. Walter was great! The room was clean. The amenities were fine the only down thing which kept you from getting five stars was the elevators are way too slow. If you have someplace you need to be in a timely manner they really get you behind.

This reservation was meant to celebrate a birthday, and we were extremely disappointed with the experience, especially considering how much we spent. The room was uncomfortably cold, the TV HDMI input did not work, and the balcony that was advertised and expected at booking was not disclosed as unavailable. We specifically chose and paid for this room because of that feature. Additionally, being followed upstairs by security immediately after entering our room, and then again by lobby staff, made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Given the misleading advertising, unresolved room issues, and the overall treatment we experienced during what was supposed to be a special occasion...

I had a bit of trouble with the elevators during my stay—they were always out of order. I ended up using the stairs in a 40-story building, which was quite the experience! It seemed like the reception and administration staff weren’t too concerned about the elevators. Plus, the hotel managers didn’t seem to be very truthful about the situation.
