We drove from Canada and stayed at this hotel for family reasons. The Tru Hilton is a new concept hotel. I enjoyed the dining area. Parking was not as good though

This Tru Hotel by Hilton on Presidents St is awful and is completely misrepresented in pictures. There were bums walking around and a mom had her little boy urinate on the wall. I tried to get money back- refused. Don’t stay here.

Won’t stay here again. The rooms don’t even have pencils. Immediate impression walking into lobby was I’d made a mistake. Breakfast was below average in preparation. Bed made noise and was uncomfortable. Shower door didn’t completely close leaking into bathroom.

The stay was OK, the room was clean and it had most of the necessary things. The breakfast was really good. My only problem was that there was no hair dryer in the room. When my wife brought this to the attention of the front desk, they said that they would report the issue with house cleaning. Nice, except that I stayed for only one night and that did not allow me to dry my hair after my morning shower.

The customer service was the worst! The young lady when we arrived had no manners. When asked if there was a possibility to check in early she said No, wait til 3pm. That’s your time. And then she yelled at another guest when they were going the wrong way to go to the bathroom. Didn’t tell me the room number. Gave me keys and then looked at me as if I was bothering her since I was hoping she was going to share information with me about the hotel. She didn’t explain we had to use the keycard to use the elevator. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was blood on the floor. There was hair all over the place. Location is great by the train but come prepared to clean the bathroom upon your arrival.
