The room had dirt on the floor and long hair on the desk. Soap dispenser design receives one star as it feels unsanitary. You have to firmly squeeze the bottle and bodily fluids like feces or urine on the dispensers may be present. In addition, if you have carpal tunnel syndrome or arthritis, the dispenser design is not difficult to use. The front desk associate was friendly.

Break fast pretty good. Clean building, but the room very cold at nights, i spend 2 nights there. The hot water in the breakfast area never hot, its just warm all the time, so i cant get a hot tea. The staff is very friendly, and helpfull. Parking around the area is hard at night EA from Brooklyn, new york

I wish there was better signage/communication about parking. Online it said space for 40, first come, first served. Both on the website and when we arrived there was no clear communication about where parking was. There was a VERY skinny alley way with no signage, which we had to double park on the street, and run in to inquire at the front desk before we turned down to use. Once parked that entrance was locked to get into the Building and we had to wait for the front desk attendant to let us in. Otherwise checkin was fairly easy, and we were given a bag with complimentary snacks which was a nice touch.
