The room wasn’t bad but when we first got there the room was freezing and it took a while for it to warm up. Other than that it was ok

Due to the area/vicinity, we called Hotel.com and spoke with an agent as well as calling the Hotel to notify we would not be coming due to the vicinity. The agent we spoke with, female said it would not be a problem and we should get in touch with Hotels.com. So fast it's a month and each on of the them (hotel/and on the online agency) have continuously blame the other. As a constant traveler, I have never had this type of an issue. I am hoping that Hotels.com will step up and do the right thing by crediting the entire amount to the credit card as promised.

Lobby and floors smelled like marijuana. Parking very limited. Remote for TV was missing from room. Reservation was for 3 adults and they only had single king bed no options. Charged 20.00 a day to park on sidewalk in front of hotel.

The bathroom had too many complications like the toilet wouldn’t flush. The shower rack was too high so water would land on the floor and the shower-head was broken. There are cracks on the floor by the bed. The experience was terrible, the only good thing was the tv and the beds.

The building has been renovated to an extent to really try and look as nice as possible. Not their fault it's more of just a bandaid. Got some struggles but it definitely was a place to stay when we were in a pinch. Walls are suuuuuuper thin. Type of place where you listen to your neighbors tv and there's yelling matches in the hallways.

For my trip the hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the location of the hotel was only about a 7 min walk to the subway, which made it very easy to get into the city.
