A night at the franklin

Staff was a lady at the desk and she was very nice and carried an ice bucket for me to my room. The AC wasn’t working properly - and the system to change the AC is very complicated - the room was teeny tiny as was bathroom. It was all okay but more like a holiday inn than a hotel. I had very noisy neighbors throughout the night and was woken up numerous times-I wouldn’t choose that hotel again.

Prefect hotel for my visit in UES. Staff was nice, Rooms arent huge but they were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plus there was a nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water so convenient for an early cup of coffee. I would definitely stay here again. Note that there are at least 4 steps to enter lobby.
