Overall, the property certain met most expectations. I've stayed at Warwick Hotels at other global locations on business, which is why I chose this one. I was for the most part satisfied. The service was a bit atrocious as we asked for things 3-4 times before we actually got them. The phone didn't work in our room nor did one of the TV remotes. Beware of their additional daily hotel fees that are in the extremely fine print if you happen to book with a third-party. Next time perhaps I'll reconsider if I'm penalized.

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the Warwick. The property interior is lovely and very clean. The exterior is under repair which takes away from the appearance but it is to be understood that periodic maintenance is necessary. Staff were great. We’ve stayed here before and will return.

Perfect Location, Great Service

Three night getaway with my son and husband - the Warwick offered the perfect mid-town location, professional and friendly staff, onsite restaurant for a great breakfast menu, comfortable and well appointed rooms, all at a very reasonable rate. We will definitely be returning to the Warwick on our next NYC stay.
