Tha staff was very responsive and helpful! The hotel is historical and old, but in good shape. The bathrooms have been remodeled. This hotel is very close to the subway, Washington Square and grocery stores and restaurants. A great place to stay!!

Good but challenging

The hotel is lovely and has beautifully done ceramic tiles on the walls. It was quiet and clean and service was good. There were few working plugs in the room so charging devices requires sharing the two that worked. The hotel build itself as accessible but it is not. We found out the hard way. Breakfast looked good but there is no way to the dining room if you have a disability. There are 3 stairs to get in to the hotel and the bath tub is not accessible. Had we known we would have booked another hotel. A nice place for someone ablebodied.

The lobby, cafe and dining area were very cool, and even though the room itself was small, it was clean and just what me and my girlfriend needed, because we really just slept there and explored the area. I recommend.

It was quiet but in the heart of things. Hotel and room was cozy with a touch of sophistication. Excellent cafe. Room had a great shower and super comfy bed. The staff was FABULOUS! Courteous, helpful and very accommodating! Highly recommend!
