This hotel is a great deal for such a central location. Stayed on a girls trip so the single beds were really nice. Shower was amazing and continental breakfast exceeded expectations.

Easy to stop the car in front of the hôtel. Indoor nearby private parking, with hôtel discount. The room I got was very Small as well as the bath room. It is an old building. The stair case carpet was not tidy. Free BFis meager It is just across the nice Washington Park , on a quiet street.

Pillows were very flat. Bed very hard. Grout in shower/bath area was black should have been white like in the dry area. Needs a good clean. Area behind reception where coffee was available should have had hot water available to make tea.

Excellent location & very polite, engaging and helpful staff. Room was bare bones but comfortable. Bathroom fixtures somewhat dated. Closet door off the track. Minimalist breakfast. Restaurant is being renovated but it wouldn’t take much to amp up the lackluster Continental breakfast that’s being offered in the meantime. Cool property though; old timey and in the best part of the city. And very reasonably priced in a market of bonkers hotel rates.

For an older hotel the rooms are quiet and hotel feels safe. Staff is friendly and helpful with directions and making the lobby feel safe and secure. Great shopping and restaurants near by Rosemary for dinner and Buvette in th West Village for breakfast. Easy subway ride to broadway to see shows. Enjoyed my stay

Charming location

Perfect location! Just across from Washington Square park & less than a 5 minute walk to numerous food options. Room was small but not crowded at all. Bathroom felt spacious but efficient at the same time. Would absolutely recommend this hotel & return for another stay.

Great Location, Can't overlook the dated hotel

The location is amazing but the dated hotel was grungy and just not for us. No mini fridge, caked on scum all around the windows, dated fixtures, beds didn't stay put and kept moving around.
