Westhouse is a welcoming and beautiful hotel in the middle of the bustle and bustle of Manhattan. The rooftop is Superb!

This hotel was perfect! Excellent location and fantastic staff. Felt like luxury! My friends stayed down the street at the residence inn and courtyard (which was more $$) and this is leaps and bounds nicer!!

The receptionists are not great. The staff at the lounge or house keepers are very friendly and served good services. The executive king room was small, bathroom was very small. Skip next time.

Superb stay

We have stayed many times at this hotel over the years, and this time was the best! Perfect experience with great hotel staff and a really good vibe. A special shout out to Tarik who booked us in and to all the team covering the evening food and drink service - they were brilliant. Wonderful staff

Staff was great! Manager learned we were there for my wife’s 60th birthday and upgraded our room. Family had ordered champagne to be delivered and the hotel included some birthday treats as well.

Best hidden gem in nyc

I kind of don’t want to give the review this hotel is due bc it’s such a hidden gem, but this is my favorite hotel in Manhattan. The happy hour and breakfast are such a nice amenity and the room was lovely and clean and stylish. Such a treat to stay here!
