This fifth-floor apartment offer abundance of lights and tranquil living space. You will find yourself at a total relaxation and woke up in the morning well rested. Our apartment takes you away from all noises from the city and as well as your stress.
We offer a huge relaxing living room and a gigantic kitchen for your light cooking in the city. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a light breakfast, lunch and dinner. We provide coffee maker, toaster...etc. for your essential needs.
Our apartment is just half block from the 116th Street C/B/3 subway station and nearby all major restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. It’s a location has it all. It’s great for someone who wants quality, quiet and design. It’s a few extra minutes into the tourism sites but we offer everything in a package without having to pay a huge price for a comfortable stay.
We are just a few blocks away from the Columbia University, it’s also good for students needs a few months of stay.

Check in instructions:
Early Check in: You can drop off your luggage after 11am in the living room and come back after the room is clean.
Late Check out: You can leave your luggage in the living room and return the room to our cleaner for cleaning.

Super early arrival: You must arrange your luggage drop off a few days before with your host. Luggage can be drop off but need to be quiet when coming inside the apartment when everyone might be still sleeping.

Super late check in: If you are checking in pass midnight please notify your host. She may need to stay up late for you. Please notify her a few night prior arrival. There may be an extra fees $20 charge for waiting.

Easy Check in:
Once you arrive in the address you can buzz us to let you in. Our key will be found under the door matt.
Your room key will be plug in the closet door to keep your personal belongings. It’s easy check in process.



House rules:
Maintaining cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself and take out all your trash on your way out. Do not leave food outside in the common area. If caught you will be fine $20. Please clean up after you cook and eat. That’s including wipe down area you use and wash all dishes. There is a dish washer you can use. If caught not following instructions, we will charge you $20.

No party:
No use of drugs, no smoking! It’s not acceptable to smoke inside the apartment. Once get caught your reservation will be cancel without refund.

Toilet use:
Please do not put sanitation napkins, wipes or anything that’s not toilet papers into the toilet. Our sewer system is not tolerating anything that’s big. Once it’s block, we won’t be able to come rescue you right away so you may not have a toilet to use. Handy man fee is $100, and you will be paying for it.


Parking Situation:
There is no parking in the building and free Street parking after 7Pm. This means you need to move your car in the morning, or you can remote meter parking. Please download the app for your own convenience.

Tourism Sites:
Please download google map for your direction. There is an E-Sim you can download once you flight into JFK at night for wifi usage. It’s in your apple store.

Neighborhood:
It’s Harlem so it’s not as gentrified as the downtown Manhattan but we are located 1 minute walk to the subway. You can take the train into downtown or midtown within minutes. We are charging much less than Midtown and Downtown for high end apartments. For the price you pay you are getting something high end for less but might need to trade in for location. The stay will be comfortable I promise.
