Guest Access:
Upon arrival, you'll receive a unique code for self-check-in, ensuring a secure and easy experience. Guests have complete access to the entire bottom unit, including shared spaces like the backyard, the mini-gym located in the garage, and the convenient laundry room.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a lively Newark neighborhood, our place is a great spot for business travelers and families. You'll be close to lots of cool things to do and places to go. The Prudential Center, where there are always events and fun stuff happening, is nearby, and you're also close to Seton Hall and Rutgers Universities. If you want some fun, you can easily get to the American Dream Mall, which has a water park, shops, restaurants, and other fun things to do. Getting around is simple because Newark International Airport is just a short drive away, and you can easily get on the major highways to New Jersey, the Holland Tunnel, and the Lincoln Tunnel. The Newark-Penn train station makes it easy to get to New York City and Amtrak, so you can travel to the airport and other places all over the country without any hassle.

Getting Around:
Getting around is convenient. You'll find bus stops a short walk from the house. The Newark-Penn train station is about a 15-minute walk, offering connections to NYC and other destinations. If you prefer, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this listing is for the Newark Ruby duplex apartment only; the entire three-level house is also available for rent. The portable projector in the movie room is available for outdoor use, but must be returned to the movie room after use. The backyard is a shared space. This property has multiple levels and requires the use of stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with accessibility needs. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $150 per pet. Parties are not permitted. Commercial photography is allowed for a fee. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Locked storage rooms are off-limits; guests will be charged for any damages or missing items.
