This was a last minute hotel booking while we were visiting NYC/Jersey area. I booked a queen bed and they gave me two twin beds instead with some story that they gave me a room that was far away from the elevator. One of the elevators were also broken down. The beds felt like cardboard as well. The heating/air conditioning they have locked down where if you turn the temperature up good luck getting it to go back down. Too cheap to actually give their customers decent HVAC. The breakfast is also down the street and not included. Wouldn't book this hotel again.

This is not the hotel from many years ago. The front desk staff where extremely ghetto. They do not wear uniforms, the lady at the desk sat there with her sleeping bonnet on. There were homeless people walking in and out. It was giving motel vibes. It also does not seem secure and safe. There is only one elevator working which the house keeping staff use as well. There is only a top sheet on the bed. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors partying all night and the hallways stink of weed. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
