The facilities of the hotel are outdated. Staff was distracted during the check in and forgot to return my driver's license. The room temperature was too hot, as the AC blows hot air during cold and rainy days. The occupants of the other rooms were noisy. I wanted to get a good night's rest before an early morning flight but ended up not getting any sleep.

When ordering my room, it stated that there was going to be a microwave, hair dryer, and other things in there. When i arrived, nothing was there. They also left a dirty folded wet towel on the corner of the bath tub. There was also no conditioner or extra rolls of toilet paper. There was no iron to iron my clothes either. It looked like a nice hotel but the room i had was not up to what was stated on the website.

This IS NOT a 3-star hotel

I have stayed at this hotel MANY times over many years. This time the room was stripped down to nothing. I had to ask for hangers and 3 were brought to my room. I had to ask for a hair dryer and when one wasn't delivered, I had to go get one at the front desk. There was peeling wallpaper in my room and in the hallways. I had peeling paint and plaster in my bathroom. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I could not connect to the wifi in my room. There is no coffee service in the rooms. You have to go to the front desk and ask for a K-cup then use the Keurig in the lobby. There are no cups provided in the room. No notepad & pen. There is no breakfast served in the hotel. There's a VERY pricey steakhouse onsite. It also appeared that there were people living in the hotel. My friend who arrived a day earlier said she was kept awake by loud music and partying and a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I will not stay in this hotel again!

It would be great if the property was updated for the price. You have to ask for blankets, iron, and iron board. Room also should have a microwave and a way to adjust the heat. First room wreaked of cigarette smoke and marijuana, and clerk graciously changed it without hesitation. The next room’s smell was better but you could smell the marijuana coming through the vent in the bathroom, was cold, and the ceiling painting bathroom was peeling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel could be a gem with some TLC.
