Hotel is at a very spooky area, staff was not friendly, specially they have hired a third party parking facility which charges like crazy $30 a night and very rude staff specially a women at the desk. The hotel staff was not friendly as well plus room was stinking.

Properly was clean, room looked like a 5 star hotel. 1 thing i didn't like about this hotel was the behavior of staffs that worked their. Seems like none of them has the energy to work, i asked them a few questions about shuttles, room services and other things and every question i ask lookes like they are about to fall as sleep. Also not acceptable to not hace room service in the middle of the night. I needed some water and they asked me to come down and get the water. But other than that everything is perfect and comfortable

Should have been better!

Check in was terrible, woman couldn't get me out of there fast enough and was watching streaming on her phone before I could turn around. There was blood on the door of my room. Once I got into the room, it was fine, except for marks ALL OVER the wall and parts on the male anatomny drawn on various fixtures, including the ottoman. Bathroom floor was disgusting. This place was recently renovated, but they obviously don't give staff enough time to properly clean each room and keep up with it.

It’s a nice clean hotel + quiet- The front desk staff help you along the way quickly ! You do have to pay for valet parking (25-30$) but you have access to it 24/7 and it’s safe from anything happening to it.
